Dore customer survey update: April 2012

We ask for feedback from everyone who completes the Dore Program via a short online questionnaire. Of those that have completed the questionnaire we have had the following responses:


  • 87% say that, overall, they have seen enough improvements during the course of the Dore Program to be satisfied with the benefits they have derived (answering definitely or yes), 10% were unsure and 3% were unsatisfied.


  • 93% say that they would recommend the Dore program to a friend, 6% were unsure and 1% said that they would not.
